Bribri Organic Chocolate Adventure
The Bribri Chocolate Adventure takes place in the heart of Costa Rica’s largest indigenous territory. The Bribri people have been living in the rainforests of Talamanca since long before the arrival of Europeans and continue to struggle to maintain their culture and traditions. Participants will travel up the Yorkin river to the town of the same name to learn about how chocolate is produced and work with the community in promoting sustainable development.
